Martin, TN asked in Sexual Harassment for Tennessee

Q: my uncle & his gf got me blackout drunk & proceeded to have sex w me, is this rape, they say I wanted it but I didn’t

We had recently been reunited after being apart 17 yrs due to him being taken away & adopted - he’s 2 yrs older than me, upon the reunion we decided to celebrate and all three got drunk together, we then proceeded to go to their bedroom under the pretense that we would hang out in there bc it was comfier, I couldn’t walk straight and they had to drag me into the room and help me even sit up, next think I know I’m naked and they’re coming onto me, I don’t remember much of what happened but I remember his hands squeezing on my throat and him thrusting himself into me, his gf was holding me down and also forced herself onto me, after they were done with me I remember puking all over myself and being tossed back into my own room, left to lay in my own vomit and with my uncles juices inside of me, I once tried to go about talking abt it with them and was met with “you wanted it” “you loved it” and more, but I know i never once gave consent
