Q: I'm looking for an attorney willing to help me regarding a possible suit against a company for false representation.
I had a procedure done by xx on 9/28/23. At my consultation the PCC (patient care consultant) misled me by telling me the procedure was all-inclusive and there were no hidden fees. However, after the procedure was done I found out that I would indeed need further treatments to get the desired results, which would be around an additional $2K. They provided a clause for a "no cost revision" but again that was false as it would still require more treatments at the additional cost to me. The consultant also used high-pressure tactics by using a limited-time only promotion as undue pressure to make me make a rushed decision. She also tried to charge me that day for it but I had to stop her. I've suffered financial damages as I paid $8K for a procedure that was unsatisfactory and the only way to rectify it would be to pay even more money. I would like, at minimum, a refund from the company.
A: An Alabama attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for a week. If there's a written agreement, an attorney would want to see its terms. As far as your communications, it's possible that you and the company could have conflicting versions of what happened. A starting point could be to see if a free initial consult is possible through an Alabama attorney. Good luck
