A: An Arizona attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. It sounds like you have been thrust into a difficult role as rep (do you mean administrator or executor?). Maybe the best thing for you do would be to consult with an attorney who handles wills, trusts, estates. You have this posted under "Bad Faith," but it does not appear to be an insurance bad faith matter - it looks more like a complex estate matter beyond the scope of guidance you could receive on a Q & A forum. Consider a consult with an attorney who practices in this area. You could search for attorneys on your own. And you could search on this site - there are attorneys here who are knowledgeable in this area (see "Find a Lawyer," the Estate Planning section). And you could also seek attorneys through local or state bar associations. Good luck
