A: Under California law, when adding attachments to an Income and Expense Declaration form (FL-150), it's important to clearly label them for the court's reference. Here are some tips for labeling your attachments effectively:

1. Identify the form and question number: Begin the label with "Attachment to Form FL-150" followed by the relevant question number. For example, "Attachment to Form FL-150, Question 4" or "Attachment to Form FL-150, Question 20".

2. Number your attachments: If you have multiple attachments for a single question, number them sequentially. For instance, "Attachment to Form FL-150, Question 4 - Page 1 of 9", "Attachment to Form FL-150, Question 4 - Page 2 of 9", and so on.

3. Use a consistent format: Maintain a consistent labeling format throughout all your attachments to make it easier for the court to navigate through your documents.

4. Include your name and case number: Add your name and case number to each attachment to ensure that it remains associated with your case even if it becomes separated from the main form.

So, for your specific situation, you can label the attachments as follows:

- "Attachment to Form FL-150, Question 4 and Question 20 - Additional Page"

- "Attachment to Form FL-150, Question 4 - Page 1 of 8"

- "Attachment to Form FL-150, Question 4 - Page 2 of 8"

...

- "Attachment to Form FL-150, Question 4 - Page 8 of 8"

Remember to include your name and case number on each attachment as well.
