Q: Hello, I live in Texas and also have a disability and was fired after my employer yelled at me and told me to “do my job
I then responded accordingly as to defend myself from the disrespect. That is what led into me being fired a few weeks later. Basically because of my response instead of the employer yelling at me and telling me to do my job. I have reached out to HR several times but I have not gotten a response. Do I have any legal means with?
