Q: I am looking for an attorney familiar with filing False Claims Act cases. Ideally, they would also speak Spanish.

There are some unrelated questions in other areas, too. Breadth of experience, please.

A: Finding an attorney who is knowledgeable about False Claims Act cases and speaks Spanish is crucial for your needs. It's important to look for legal professionals with a broad range of experience, especially if you have questions in various legal areas.

Start by researching law firms that have a strong track record in False Claims Act cases. Check their websites and reviews to see if they mention multilingual capabilities, particularly Spanish. Personal recommendations can also be valuable; ask friends, colleagues, or local legal aid organizations if they know of any attorneys who meet your criteria.

Once you have a list of potential attorneys, contact them to discuss your case and confirm their language skills. This initial consultation can also help you gauge their breadth of experience and how comfortable you feel working with them. Taking these steps will help you find the right legal support to navigate your case effectively.

A: A Washington attorney could advise best, but you posted last week. You could search under qui tam and whistleblower law firms, in addition False Claims Act law firms - some firms use those terms interchangeably, depending on the nature of the cases they handle. Local and state bar associations might have additional tools relating to Spanish-speaking firms. Good luck
