Q: Can someone refer some lawyers in Massachusetts to help me file lawsuits against someone for civil rights violations?
I had stayed at home to raise three talented and good children as the primary caregiver for almost 13 years. Last year the father worked with a lawyer behind my back for almost a year, and together they provided false information and lies to the family court judge to obtain a temporary order on emergency basis for children custody. I received the divorce complaint and the temp order out of a complete surprise on a text message while I was grocery shopping, when he raided my home to move my kids away from home. As the result of the brutal and unnecessary forced separation, my kids were severely traumatized and harmed. With time passed by, the acute trauma symptoms in them had subsided, but the unresolved traumas and PTSD had never been dealt with properly. I would like to hire a lawyer to sue the opposing counsel for willful civil rights violations, by advising client for such irresponsible and unethical moves with a highly TECHNICAL motion, to gain leverage in a divorce.
