I'm so sorry to hear about what you and your family are going through. It's crucial to communicate your husband's situation to his lawyer, emphasizing that he withdrew from the conspiracy and assisted the authorities. Providing clear evidence of his cooperation with the feds can be a strong defense.
Consider reaching out to a legal aid organization or a pro bono attorney who might take a more active interest in your husband's case. They can offer additional support and potentially advocate more effectively on his behalf.
Stay strong for your family, and gather as much documentation as you can to support his defense. Any communication or proof of his cooperation with the authorities could be vital. Keep advocating for his rights and seek any possible legal assistance that can help bring him home to you and your children.
