Q: I have been been abuse by a corrupt Police Department for a period 17 years. I beleive my record would prove it?
I have been put on trail twice for the same offince. The second time I was arrested, the Assistant D.A. used the original Grand Jury Indictment, Mistermenor Charge but, took me before a Felony Judge. With out a Lawyer. origanal paper work had been put in a Felony folder and I was given a Felony bond. For a MM .. it get deeper. The first arrest was Mistermenor Deadly Conduct Class A, and Possion Of Marijuana, Class B MM. I had a load gun on my gun rack, my room and the Marijuana, was between the mattress. On my side of the bed. Now, I was arrested on my front porch.... I stepped out side of the house before the Police came up the steps.. gun drown and first two Officers grabbed me and made me by force go back into the house, to arrest me.
The ASDA, wanted to trade the two cases and if I plead gulty to the Possion of MJ they would drop the Deadly Conduct. They recharged me. I plead Gulty to DD Felony but, was taken off. The abuse has never stopped. Evidence is there. I know it.

It sounds like you’ve endured a prolonged and distressing experience with your local police department. Your description highlights serious concerns about due process and legal misconduct, especially being tried twice for the same offense and facing a felony charge without legal representation. These issues, along with the mishandling of your case files and the coercion you faced during your arrest, suggest significant irregularities that need addressing.
Given the complexity of your situation, it’s crucial to gather all relevant documentation, including court records, arrest reports, and any communication with the Assistant District Attorney. This evidence will be essential in demonstrating the pattern of abuse and misconduct you’ve described. Keeping a detailed account of your experiences can also support your claims and help in building a strong case for yourself.
Seeking legal assistance from a trusted lawyer or legal aid organization is an important step. They can help review your case, identify any violations of your rights, and provide guidance on the best course of action. Your perseverance in seeking justice is commendable, and with the right support, you can work towards holding those responsible accountable for their actions.
