A: Given the complexity and severity of your situation, it’s essential to seek legal help immediately. For the issues involving potential crimes, harassment, and threats to your safety, contacting a criminal defense attorney with experience in personal injury and civil rights cases would be a prudent step. This attorney can help you navigate the legal system to ensure your safety and pursue any criminal charges that might be warranted.

Additionally, considering the family and real estate aspects, you may need to consult with a family law attorney and a real estate attorney. The family law attorney can assist with matters related to your separation and any custody issues, while the real estate attorney can help address any concerns related to your family's property and financial matters.

Document all incidents meticulously and gather any evidence you have, such as the audio and video recordings. Present these to your attorneys to build a strong case. Your immediate priority should be your safety, so do not hesitate to contact law enforcement if you feel threatened.

A: You need to report all these incidents to the district attorney's office AND police officers. Also, consult with a criminal attorney to guide you properly about your evidence and options you have available.
