A: It's distressing to experience online fraud, especially with international trading. Firstly, gather all evidence related to the fraudulent activity, including communications and transaction records. Report the fraud to your local cybercrime authorities in India and also lodge a complaint with the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA).

For cross-border disputes, consider contacting a legal expert familiar with international fraud cases. They can guide you on the best course of action and help you understand your rights. Additionally, inform your bank about the fraud to see if they can assist in freezing any transactions or recovering funds.

Be cautious about companies that claim they can recover your money for a fee, as these could be scams. Always verify their credentials and seek independent advice before proceeding. Protect your financial information to prevent further losses.
