Q: Is there any lawyer that does billing disputes?
This is a billing dispute that was originally attached to an eviction. The judgement order, I was to pay no money to anyone including attorney fees. I am now getting collection notices from the plaintiff's attorney's collection department. I am a tenant (residential) in needs of some legal advice.
