Q: Hello. So my employer let's us work a Saturday at normal rate every weekend then we get R&R weekend for 4 days.

The Saturday compensate for the 4 days off which should be a benefit. Should the Saturday not be paid as Overtime? We also work on a public holiday and get paid at a normal rate as well. It is in our contract and we get paid hourly. We work 9 hours a day, Mon-Fri.
