Q: I’m having trouble with the Cowlitz county sheriff in 2020 my girlfriend was threatened by my neighbor he told her
I was going to slit my dogs throat make her watch then slit hers we’ve had 2 anti harassment orders against him I’ve been in jail before of him he harasses my girlfriend she no longer goes to the mailbox because she has to go past there house I’ve spent money on attorneys I’ve been in jail because of him I want to know why they didn’t anything when he threatened to kill her I need some kind of help
