A: Unfortunately, you have provided us with precious little information that would enable us to give you a learned answer or any meaningful direction.

In simplest terms, an assault and battery has taken place. Perhaps it was mutual combat. But, a boy and a girl in a fight will typically result favorable treatment by law enforcement for the girl, and the boy will be arrested. There are clearly many contrary instances, some involving self-defense where a woman initiates the contact.

The fact that you are both juveniles, also makes providing you with a simple answer more difficult.

You need to contact a seasoned criminal defense attorney to discuss the specific details of the incident so you can get a more precise, fine tuned and reliable response.

Best of luck!
