Q: I really need a lawyer to help me with a handful of things. Ive been being abused mentally for years i need protection
My ex bf and father of 1 of my children is using the court system to abuse me more. He raped me while he thought i was sleeping back in 2021 which i never filed but now i see i should of filed. He admitted to doing it in a snap message. He has falsely filed report with cps and also sent cops for a well fare check. I have sole custody and i need help i really need someone to help protect me and my children from more abuse from him. He hasnt paid childsupport in 8 months hasnt asked about his son but today ive been served with papers him asking for visitation. He has been in an out of his sons life and its not stable for our son who is undiagnosed autistic.
