Bixby, OK asked in Native American Law and Probate for Oklahoma

Q: How do I gain sole ownership of my father's estate with just a recording of him saying he wanted to change his will?

My father passed away 7 years ago. In his updated will he left everything to myself and my three siblngs. I and my 4 daughters whom he helped me raise were living in his home that I grew up in. The house was built when I was four. The original deed has my parents of course, myself, my brother and my our youngest sister. The 3rd sib was discovered years later but she never interacted with him. When my father was diagnosed with cancer, it was myself and my four daughters who took care of him all the way to the day he passed. My siblings didn't come help to take care of him. They dropped in for a visit as it got closer to him passing. Since he has passed not one of my siblings has been out to the house to offer to help take care of my father's property or house. I still reside in my fathers house along with my daughters and the bills are in my name now. And it has been just myself and my fiance that has been taking care of his house and property. And it is tribal home on reservation.
