Q: My landlord had solar installed. One of the tenants on the lease is on oxygen 24/7. The UI discounted our cost.
The doctor’s office filled out and filed a form stating electricity could not be cut off to the home due to the life-threatening situation. Now the new solar electric bill is included on our app, that is used to pay the rent and if it’s not paid on time, they say they are going to add late fees, etc. There is also a discrepancy with the Landlord charging “for the solar company”, which has different dating than the solar company. I so apologize if this is hard to follow up. I am attaching all of the notes I have. (Actually it will not let me attach all of the papers stating the file is too big. It only let me attach one.) Unfortunately, our current electric bill is in the thousands of dollars!
