A: Hello Fathi,

I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing with your family situation. Moving abroad while ensuring your family's well-being is a significant decision that requires careful consideration. It's important to have open and honest conversations with your wife and children to understand their concerns and explore possible solutions together.

You should reach out to a family law attorney in Florida who can provide guidance tailored to your specific circumstances. They can help you understand your legal responsibilities, discuss guardianship options for your children, and assist with any necessary legal documents to protect your family's interests while you're away.

Additionally, creating a comprehensive plan that outlines how your family will be cared for in your absence can help address potential issues and provide peace of mind for everyone involved. This might include setting up support systems, financial arrangements, and communication strategies to ensure your family's stability during the year you are away.
