Kalispell, MT asked in Contracts for Montana

Q: how do I go about Enforcing a Settlement agreement in Flathead County Montana District Court?

we came up with a settlement agreement in my legal dispute, and i performed my end of the agreement, but the other party has not upheld their end of the agreement. They were supposed to obtain a replacement title for 2004 Chevy and promptly take all steps required to transfer vehicle title to me. "Jessica agrees to undertake all necessary steps to obtain the replacement title as expediently as possible, furthermore Jessica commits to providing updates regarding the progress in obtaining replacement title to Corey through her legal counsel"

this agreement was on 9-26-23 I emailed her attorney 3-11-24 asking for an update and he said "I no longer represent Jessica in this manner and cannot act on her behalf, I hope you are able to resolve this matter, however I am no longer involved.

Her attorney drafted up the settlement agreement, I fulfilled my obligation and now she still wont send me vehicle title. How do I ask the courts to enforce the agreement
