Q: How do I resolve a shooting matter that the police won't do anything? How do I resolve talking if blocked?
I was shot at by my uncle Jim who lives behind me. I was at his house speaking to my aunt about my father's health when he saw me and force himself into the porch in front of us threatening to shoot at me. So I turned my back and left his house. As I was crossing the threshold of the property he yells get off my property and fires the gun. I saw when he pulled the gun and I didn't see when he shot it because my back was turned. Officers did nothing because I was unable to report it in a timely manner due to threats of eviction. I've currently been trespassed from my dad's house because of his attitude towards me in trying to help him. After he assaulted me and the police did nothing again. Why can't I get the help I deserve?
