Q: Need a lawyer in WNY that deals with professional misconduct. We had a recent issue with a hospital social worker.
My daughter recently gave birth to her second child. Both she and her husband at times struggle with mental health issues. Being parents and educated professionals they know the importance of being proactive and taking care of themselves both physically and mentally. After the birth of their recent child a hospital social worker instead of working with both of them as she first stated she would, isolated my daughter who was beginning with severe postpartum depression and influenced her to take legal action against her husband in the form of a restraining order. This has only caused my daughter to sink into a deeper depression. There so many more questionable things that were said and done that I would like to discuss with someone that could help us.
