Q: What is the process to contest a family member’s will in SC? Family member has blocked me and lives in another state.
Family member came into town a week before grandmother passed away and she had no prior will until he got her to sing everything over to him. He left and hasn’t paid the taxes and also blocked me on everything probate court is saying I have to start a new application with the will attached because he started a case with the will but they dismissed it due to lack of address info. He has no plan to go through probate or pay delinquent taxes. What do I do
