Q: I live in Pennsylvania. My child is 14 and was assaulted in school. I had gone to the school 5 days previous, because of
Another student threatening that her and one of her friends were going to jump my daughter in school. I was assured she was safe and nothing would happen etc. my daughter wasn’t feeling well at lunch so she put her head down and fell asleep. This other student attacked my child while she was asleep. She punched her in the back of the head, then pulled her hair and pulled her to the ground while still punching her! It’s all on the schools cameras. And the school resouce is filing assault charges on the other student. This other student only received three days out of school suspension. I just need to know if there is anything I can do since they were already aware of the situation.
