Q: I would really like to know who and who wasn’t in the wrong here please give me a small straight forward Awnser please
my cousin was at a gas station like he normally does but this time another guy showed up he and my cousin got into a argument and then the other swings at my cousin first but he missed hitting the thing directly next to my cousin he then backs up and in the words of my cousin he thought the man was going to swing again so assuming he was really going to be hit this time he then swings at the man who at this point had gotten up in my cousins face and punched at him but hit the shelf thing next to him. but i really need to know was my cousin in the wrong for swinging because he didint swing first but he made first contact he said he thought the man was gonna swing again as he had already done so he had to act what do you think? Based on what I’ve told you with a yes or no if he’s guilty what would do you think is self defense justified or not yes or no please
