Columbus, OH asked in Civil Litigation, Civil Rights, Constitutional Law and Government Contracts for Ohio

Q: Can I sue a halfway house for issuing a warrant when I can prove through phone records that the allegations were false?

I am a client at the Alvis House in Chillicothe. The Director (xx) has shown Me nothing but hateful contempt. Going as far as telling Me to email Her proof of Me calling the facility from My home phone while on pass, then blocking My email. I have digital proof and employee witnesses that would back up everthing thing I am stating. I am on restriction and did nothing wrong. I followed the rules to the letter. I am being forced to work to earn the privilege to go home on electronic ankle monitoring. I am on SSDI. I've had numerous surgeries that make it painful to work. I am denied being able to see My Wife or go to Church. xx would not even look at My phone records that prove I made a call that She claims that I failed to make. I have phone records and there were several employees and clients that witnessed this. xx has no regard for rules, regulations, laws, or honesty for that matter. I'm being singled out and fear being set up for a longer sentence.
