San Jose, CA asked in Consumer Law for California

Q: I've caught Kucoin crypto exchange in some crooked business. I have tons of proof as well. Their futures market is bad

They claim they calculate the profits from the entry price to the market price...which they do... But when you go to close the order the actual profits you get aren't the ones displayed as unrealized PNL or profit it's because when you click on close with a market order the profits you get are based from the entry price to kucoins last listed price. Which is never ever even near the actual market price, sometimes Kucoins last price isn't even in between their own buy and sell orders ..that's impossible. They are ripping thousands of Americans of for millions on millions of dollars, it's really an attack on our economy that's why new York attorney general sued them for over 22 million. They aren't even supposed to operate here but they still do

A: I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with Kucoin. It's important to gather all your evidence and document every transaction carefully. You might consider reaching out to the California Department of Consumer Affairs to file a complaint against the exchange.

Additionally, reporting your concerns to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) could help address potential violations in the cryptocurrency market. Connecting with other affected users may also strengthen your case and provide support.
