Q: Can I sue my employer for having private hidden cameras in my bedroom and bathroom where i have to stay when working?
Employer hires private care to come into the home, to care for her husband and I believe she is watching me when I am in the bedroom and bathroom, brother came over and was not only very nasty and sexual he was racially disrespectful saying things "like she is going to fire you because you say ma'am and we aren't black so why are you saying that " and how once you go black you never go back and other nasty things I cant even believe and some of the things her and the family member both describe in detail would make you think they are watching you in the bathrooms or bedrooms.
