Q: I need help with a rape case!!

My 4 year old daughter was RAPED by a 13 year old boy that lived across the hall from us in our previous home and was caught on my home surveillance camera. I called the police and they took him down to the station and we did interviews. We went through the whole court process and he was detained for about 29 days. I did not have legal representation and had minimal support. The prosecutor advised me that they wanted to put him in a treatment program but didn't know if it would be inpatient or outpatient, and that if he plead guilty he would be released on those terms and also placed on house arrest and his name would not be place on the child maltreatment registry. The boy was coached into pleading guilty and was released. I didn't know that I could contest the terms, so he was set free and I FEEL LIKE WE DIDNT GET ANY JUSTICE! Everyone said that that he will do it again and I've heard of him doing this before to other children! Is there anything I can do to get some sort of justice?
