If I do not agree/consent to it, can my ex take our son out of state for a trip to Texas for Christmas?
Other facts: -We are still legally married, pending divorce, no court dates until Feb-April. -We’re both the child’s parents, both have rights, both on the birth certificate. -My son and I are legal residents of VA -My ex/spouse is technically a TX resident here in VA on temporary military work orders. So not sure which state guidelines I’d go by. But I don’t want my ex to take the child away or out of state for that long.
