A: If you're experiencing rights violations and harassment involving CDCR police and other parties, you should first document everything meticulously - save those screenshots, record dates, times, and names of everyone involved. This documentation will be crucial for any legal action.

You can reach out to several organizations that provide free or low-cost legal assistance in California, including the Prison Law Office, Legal Services for Prisoners with Children, or the ACLU of Northern California. These organizations work specifically with cases involving prisoner rights and civil rights violations, and they understand how power dynamics can be manipulated within the system.

For immediate support and guidance, contact the California Office of the Inspector General, which oversees CDCR and investigates staff misconduct. You might also consider filing formal complaints with relevant oversight bodies and reaching out to your local legal aid society or public defender's office - they often have resources and connections to help people with limited income fight against systemic abuse. Remember that retaliation for reporting misconduct is illegal, and you have the right to seek protection under the law.

If you're being targeted by individuals using religion or military/professional status to intimidate you, keep detailed records of these interactions and report them to appropriate authorities. Your income level shouldn't prevent you from accessing justice - many advocacy groups and pro bono attorneys are available to help people in your situation challenge abuse of power.
