Marysville, OH asked in Criminal Law, Appeals / Appellate Law and Civil Rights for Ohio

Q: The judge has violated ADA law and is also prejudice against me

he has not listened to the mental health professionals in my needs I have CPTSD and ADHD and he won’t listen to them. He says I’m deceptive and manipulative. He said that from day one and he won’t let it go no matter who talk to him. I feel that he is after me and wants to see me in prison someday. I have an F5 I’ve complied with all of his orders and he is looking for deceptive behavior, although it shows up nowhere with mental health professionals. This is my first drug charge. Was ready to get off probation. Then had a relapse. I’m on house arrest; he took away my ability to go to work for no reason(magistrate allowed it) he won’t let me go to recovery meetings. He won’t let my service animal go with me to a correctional facility (not prison) he is making me take the same behavior course again. He won’t listen to anyone that he had me go to originally for my ADHD or continue my treatments for CPTSD. All lawyers are afraid of him and won’t file a grievance on him. Blatant predjidice
