Also a letter from the head of the planning dept confirmed the inspection, approval. And added that N0 violations exist on the property. State of Hawaiibureau of conveyances 6 bed 3 bath 3000 sq ft. county serves a violation from2015 two months after I purchased the property. 2023. The violation was not recorded or in any documents in the county.
