Q: an online casino offered me a portion of their crypto if i wager real money
i wagered 78000 USD my mate 12000 USD i received 900 crypto he received 300 crypto they have refused to give me some sort of formula to how they calculated the distribution. they also refused to let me speak to anyone over the phone as they use automated customer support i increased how much i was wagering purely due to this promotion yet even after loosing 3000Usd my ratio pay out is only 1 crypto for 86USD and my mates is 1 Crypto for 40USD.
i want to know if there is something illegal in this as i don't understand why i am not allowed to see the formula they used to calculate the pay outs.
