Q: What steps do I take to stop husband selling our house under a quick sale with false documentation? (AZ)
We were married in2022, he inherited the house in 2023. Deed says he's single, the buyer/seller agreement says he's divorced we are still legally married. He is in jail and not of sound mind. I have marriage certificate. We have always agreed to half each. his close family is counting on me to stop the sale. Both documents are false. He gave someone else POA, but I would have community rights if the documents hadn't been signed saying he wasn't married. He's selling it for 280, it's worth 420,000
