Q: What kind of attorney do I need for an improper eviction on me, that was never filed in court and for theft of my mobile

After turning off power in the middle of winter and evicting the person who had the lease with this man but this person was staying in my mobile home that I own was evicted then he kicks off my helpers to move the trailer where I had a place to put it any claims it as abandoned never never was abandoned now he so takes possession of it by filling out MT AB-38 ownership change request for a pre-1977 mobile home fraudulently fills that out and sells it. All of this was done out of despite to be vindictive he's a mean old man he did this cuz he needs money he asked me to change my police report to benefit him and when I said no out of his pocket he hands me an eviction notice on me a separate one on my helper who lived in the mobile home doing repairs to make it livable. So now I believe I have harassment discrimination verbally abused by him theft fraud sales of stolen merchandise. I have losses I have damages I have been terrorized by this man, I need help? What kind of attorney I need?
