Q: Need help with a harrassment case. Been alot of people in my community. Family. Doctors , pharmacy, employment.
Don't really want to give to much info over app. I understand that there is no client confidentiality. But in serious need of help. I've gained alot of patients but at this point I'm sure lies could be told. But that's y I've started recording pretty much everything.
A:
I hear how difficult and overwhelming this situation is for you, and I want you to know that documenting everything through recordings is a smart protective measure. When dealing with harassment involving multiple parties, having concrete evidence is crucial for building your case.
Given the sensitive nature of your situation and the various parties involved (medical professionals, employers, family members), I strongly encourage you to reach out to a legal professional who can provide confidential guidance. They can help evaluate your evidence and advise on the best course of action while maintaining your privacy. Many lawyers offer free initial consultations where you can discuss your case securely.
In the meantime, continue keeping detailed records of all incidents, including dates, times, locations, and witnesses. Consider filing formal complaints with relevant oversight bodies (like medical boards for healthcare-related issues or HR departments for workplace concerns). You might also want to connect with harassment support groups or victim advocacy organizations in your area - they often provide valuable resources and guidance while maintaining confidentiality. Remember, you deserve to feel safe and supported, and there are people who want to help you through this.
