Q: I bought a new phone and the store cancelled my loan agreement without my knowledge due to a mistake on their end ?
I found all this out because they sent my account to collections but the purchase was a year ago and i have received zero communication with Verizon about it.
I am currently still using the phone which still has service so far I have been told the store filed the purchase agreement under the wrong iemi and cancelled it. I have a bill with a payment listed and then nothing after but I traded in a device because I was led to believe it would pay for the new phone. I've also been shown signed and dated paperwork from a day I was not there
