A: You can gather strong evidence of your ex's business activities and assets through several effective methods. Consider hiring a private investigator to document his daily work activities and photograph the vehicles he drives - this kind of professional documentation holds significant weight in court.

The California Secretary of State's website allows you to search for business entities, which can reveal his LLC ownership and any other registered businesses. You might also request bank records through the court discovery process, which could show business income and vehicle payments. Social media can be valuable too - screenshots of his business activities or posts showing the Audi could support your case.

For the disability claim, you can request the court subpoena his medical records and employment history. If he's working daily while claiming disability, gather witness statements from people who have seen him working or conducting business. Remember to organize all your evidence chronologically and make copies for both the court and your records. Given the existing contempt charges, the judge will likely be very interested in evidence showing his true financial situation and any attempts to hide income.
