There are allegations that I tested positive for amphetamines. I contacted the hospital about the unauthorized access, and they promised to have a disposition officer call me but have not followed up. My legal counsel is advising me to enter a plea of guilty or not guilty. Can these records be used against me, especially if the goal of the proceedings is reunification with my child, and what steps should I take regarding this unauthorized access?
