I am a victim of workplace discrimination and harassment involving co-workers, my supervisor, and management. The bullying was so severe that it caused my blood pressure to reach stroke levels on two occasions. Due to this, I was off work, and during this period, my fiancé was fired for taking me to the doctor. After being absent for five days, my employer demanded I take a drug test, citing my behavior as the reason. I've reported the incidents to my floor supervisor, plant manager, company manager, and HR, but none of them took action, often responding dismissively. What steps can I take in Mississippi to address this situation?
