Q: If a house belongs to 13 siblings and most of the siblings want to sell and a few don’t want to sell can the house sold?

Or If one of the siblings want to buy the house and most of them agree but 2 or 3 don’t agree can they buy the house or not?

Q: cemetery in Puerto rico said they have no property insurance for grave markers being stolen is this true

Grave marker was stolen at monte cristo memorial park in PR and they are saying we have to repay for markers we already paid for, but we were assured that they had security, but later on didn't . should I have to pay for new marker ?
