Q: Does South Dakota have any hours in which operation of a PWC (Jet-Ski) is prohibited / requires additional requirements?

Are there any hours or times in SD in which operation of a Jet-Ski is prohibited, or certain things are required (ex. headlights, additional licensing, etc...)?
