Q: Is having a 30 day EFT cancellation policy legal? Seems no way to not pay an additional month in order to cancel.

Cancelled a gym membership and they said their 30-day EFT policy is that if cancellation is within 30 days of your upcoming charge that it will be charged (however I don't believe it specified the charge will be on the day of cancellation, which it was).
