Q: Is it legal to block road in residential area that is on a dead end ?

There are three streets by my house of wich all were blocked leaving no way out or around.

This does not sound legal. It sounds very dangerous. The quickest and surest way to find out is to call the non-emergency number for the police.

I depends on the age of the case and the court level (General District or Circuit court. You can go to the courthouse where the person who was convicted and speak to a clerk. Or you can try the VA courts website.

This will depend on the criminal record of the offender. If no record, the offender is likely facing a suspended jail sentence. With the help of an experienced criminal defense lawyer, it is possible in limited circumstances to ultimately have the charge dismissed.
