Q: I was pulled over for speeding in Utah. I am being charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Q: Is disorderly conduct,(76-9-102) or,(76-8-5060), grounds for search warrant? Never charged for either.

There's quite a bit going on here, and I would need more information to really evaluate the situation.
