I am trying to start a cannabis vending machine business and need need to know if I need to get a permit to sell out of each machine and does the place of business need a permit also?

So West Virginia law is still governed by Federal US law. THC is still illegal, but some states have legalized CBD and most states can't test the difference between CBD and THC and the concentrations.
