No, the most the insurance company would cover is the fair market value of the totaled RV.

Q: what can a homeowner do when someone leave a vehicle on their property, unregistered and owner has since passed away

vehicle has been parked in my yard for a year, not registered, owner has passed away and unable to locate the title. Vehicle was only suppose to be here for a few weeks. Can we take ownership of the vehicle?
