Q: A web site has posted fraudulent slanderous against my daughter, how should I handle this?

In order to get an attorney to sue for slander you will have to pay for it. MOst personal injury attorneys will not handle a case unless the defendant has lots of money or insurance. So, you have to pay a private attorney to file suit. I hope the conduct has ceased.

File what is known as a third party complaint, saying that you were not the one who did it, but pointing to the one who did.
