Q: Live in FL, co based in GA w/office in FL Hurt in MN. Cant get docs 2 accept out of state workers comp. Any suggestions?

Getting treatment has been much too long. Insurance company not very helpful. No one wants to take GA W/C. Thank you.

Get an attorney on your side. It seems to me that since the injury occurred in MN, you need one there.

Q: Accidently slipped and fell on sidewalk with walker. Caused pain to my workers comp injury but not serious. Could they

Whenever you have a worker's compensation issue, the best thing to do is to see an attorney who primarily does that type of work.

Q: I signed a release of medical information (releasing all information pertaining to or not pertaining to the claim).

It was issued by the workers comp ins. Can it be used against me? Can I say I signed it by mistake and want it removed from my file ?
